The 2005 Toronto Foundation Family event was held on August 7, 2005 at Lone Peak Park in Sandy, Utah.  The event, attended by nearly 100 was a tremendous success in terms of spreading the word about the foundation.  In addition, the Toronto Foundation Board of Directors outlined plans for the first humanitarian project in the former Czechoslovakia which should begin within the next two months.  To date, the Foundation has raised more than $18,000.  A portion of these funds were used for the first and second projects.
